Vita Play Limited work hard to promote their services through marketing, seminars and advertising campaigns raising the company profile throughout the UK, this enables the Vita team to generate sales enquiries enabling sustainable ongoing future growth.

A full site survey will be carried out by Vita Play trained staff at the start of each tender quotation, this will include full consultation with the customer/s which in turn will generate a design brief if this document is not already in place.
Using the survey information and design brief our in-house team will provide a fully detailed and itemised quotation complete with 3D Visualisation, 2D Plan and product picture page.
Vita Play will attend and participate in public consultations to understand and guide customers and members of the public on considerations such as DDA, play value, equipment ranges and suitability to intended user age groups.
Upon receipt of the purchase order Vita Play will confirm that all cost and conditions have been included against the original quotation and confirm back to the customer in writing with an anticipated start date for the works/project.
Prior to any works taking place Vita Play will arrange a site meeting with the project coordinator/customer to agree final positioning of equipment/surfacing etc.. should any changes need to be introduced these will be discussed and agreed during this meeting, new plans will then be produced should they be required.
All works will be completed and managed by Vita Play Limited employees, in every project we endeavour to meet set timescales and budgets set during the process from quotation through to pre-site meeting.
All new installations will be fully inspected by one of our external accredited RPII inspectors and a full report issued to the customer upon completion.
